As a member of our sales team you would specialize in helping our customers settle on the right product to fit their needs. At Sonoma Backyard we pursue sales through product knowledge and educating our customers to help make an informed purchase. You will report to the store manager and be part of a dynamic sales team. Together through our small‑town business values, vision of community within our business, and meet objectives.

Additionally, you will:

• Work on a sales team
• Train and educate on product
• Demonstrate and maintain the standard for professionalism
• Help meet expectations with sales team for monthly sales goals and ensure they are met
• Consistent training on sales where success is recognized

• Build and maintain product knowledge of all current and incoming inventory

• Ensure world class experience to all customers
• Manage customer relation marketing system to ensure all customer needs are met

• Minimum five years of sales experience
• Minimum two years of experience in high‑volume intricate business
• Demonstrated passion for excellent customer service and retail sales
• Flexible availability to work “peak” business hours including weekends, and some holidays
• Proven business, analytical, and organizational skills
• Passionate for excellent customer service and retail sales
• Be a voice, alter communication to your audience, and write briefly and professionally
