• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signage, and product knowledge.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests accordingly.
• Sort, push, and locate merchandise; set and maintain visual presentations and signage; ensure product availability.
• Maintain backroom organization, support replenishment and guest requests, and execute merchandising best practices.
• Support fitting rooms and guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up with adherence to relevant laws.
• Provide a welcoming guest experience, greet guests, assist with needs, and thank them for shopping Target.
• Comply with safety policies and maintain a culture of ethics and safety.
• All other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Strong guest service mindset and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within time frames.
• Capable of handling cash register operations as needed; able to lift up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally; able to climb ladders.
• Flexible schedule with nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and environments (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
