As a sales associate you will be the face of our company. You will highlight our brand, contribute to building our reputation, assist customers, and articulate our purpose in a professional, educational, and insightful manner.

• Customer Service – Proactively engage with customers, ask questions, listen, and direct them to merchandise and promotions.
• Provide premier customer service, build positive inclusive and respectful relationships, and take accountability.
• Maintain store appearance.
• Cross‑sell products, know store layout, suggest latest trends, upsell, and learn product features.
• Use a Point‑of‑Sales system to process cash, exchanges, discounts, gift cards, credit cards, debit cards, and do accurate counting.
• Complete paperwork reports and reconciliation.
• Inventory – Keeper of merchandise, complete inventory processes, check in, ticket, and participate in periodic inventories.
• Adherence to assigned work schedule, accurate follow‑through, and other duties as assigned.

• Product Knowledge – Basic knowledge of products and merchandise.
• Experience – Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Communication Skills – Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to read, write, interpret instructional documents, telephone etiquette, and effective communication with customers, peers, and management.
• Mathematical Skills – Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Reasoning Ability – Ability to multi‑task while being attentive to customers, work as a team, and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
• Physical Demands – Continuous moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, standing for at least two consecutive hours, optional stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, lifting at least 25 lbs. and up to 50 lbs.

Work typically performed indoors, may be assigned outdoors depending on location. Available to work a variety of hours which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

No experience required. High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
