Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Retail Supervisor is responsible for the work that is carried out within the Retail Department. Coordinates daily retail operations to ensure staff members and customers experience a positive impression of the facility and its retail services.
CompensationThe hourly rate for this position is $24 - $28. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities- Supervises Retail Associates to ensure consistent coverage and operational support during all business hours.
- Coordinates daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, stocking, merchandising, and customer service.
- Trains Retail Associates by utilizing training programs established in conjunction with Aramark and retail leadership.
- Oversees retail floor operations to ensure world‑class service is provided in the following areas:
- Customer assistance and point‑of‑sale transactions
- Proper execution of merchandise display and store presentation standards
- Product knowledge and customer engagement techniques
- Handling customer returns, exchanges, and special requests
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels
- Ensures accurate operation and full utilization of the point‑of‑sale and inventory management systems.
- Assists with periodic inventory counts and reconciliations.
- Responds to customer concerns and resolves issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintains appropriate stock of retail merchandise and supplies; restocks as necessary.
- Oversees cash handling functions, including issuing and monitoring cashier banks.
- Designs and implements training programs to ensure that all staff are well‑versed in daily job functions, safety awareness, and Aramark policies and procedures.
- Responsible for ordering, storing, and inventorying all merchandise and supplies required for daily operations.
- Communicates closely with all departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Establishes, implements, and follows all emergency and safety procedures.
- Perform any or all other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Qualifications- Requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing world‑class service to the client, guests, and co‑workers.
- A strong knowledge of personal computers is essential.
- Experience in all facets of providing excellent customer service.
- Must be able to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with others.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Preferably two years in retail or similar.
- Must be able to read, write, and clearly speak English.
