The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running efficiently. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
Responsibilities- Perform opening and closing routines.
- Operate register and point‑of‑sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI‑Channel orders.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, brand awareness, and drive sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
- Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
Schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 12‑16 hours per week, with required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak time frames, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
Qualifications- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
- One year of retail experience is preferred.
- Retail supervisory or management experience is not required.
- Experience in leading groups or teams is preferred.
- Strong customer focus with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Energetic, outgoing, assertive, and self‑confident.
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks while being detail‑oriented.

The starting rate for this position is $21.55 per hour. The recruiting pay range is $21.55–$21.55 per hour. The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
