We are currently looking for polished, professional Account Managers to join our growing team! The ideal candidate possesses a keen understanding of the Southern California market. The Account Manager will support key customers and independent accounts, representing and selling the full line of the company’s products within the assigned area.

Compensation: $65k and up

Language Requirement:
Cantonese and Vietnamese

• Define short and long-term business objectives and sales strategies for key accounts
• Develop new accounts through sales calls, proposals, presentations, and follow-up
• Facilitate marketing, logistics, product development, and sales efforts through direct interaction with customers
• Achieve volume, margin, and profit goals
• Maintain existing account relationships via personal visits and systematic follow-up
• Drive and achieve meaningful sales results
• Negotiate fiscally beneficial contracts
• Stay informed about consumer trends, regulations, economic changes, and demographic factors affecting markets
• Develop and maintain relationships within customer communities
• Promote a positive image and protect the company's reputation

• Be a role model for integrity, courage, and conviction
• Language Requirement:
  Cantonese and Vietnamese

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food sales required
