• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Hire and train Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals
• Maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment for employees and clients
• Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users
• Attending off‑sight sales and job trainings

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
