Sales Development Representative

A forward-thinking creator platform dedicated to transforming how creators connect, grow, and monetize their content is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join their expanding team and help expand their network of creators, agencies, and talent partners. Their platform delivers a creator-first experience supported by leading investors and partnerships with top digital talent, combining social discovery with premium monetization.

This position plays a key role in driving revenue and building strong relationships within the creator economy. It is a hybrid role based in Westwood, Los Angeles!

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management
• Proven ability to manage CRM systems and oversee the full sales cycle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging creators and agency partners

• Highly motivated, proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Passionate about the creator economy, digital content, and social media trends
• Prior experience in the creator or influencer industry

• Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, influencers, and creative agencies
• Execute outbound campaigns, cold calls, and CRM-based outreach to generate new leads
• Maintain detailed records of conversations, pipeline activity, and performance metrics within the CRM
• Collaborate with marketing and partnership teams to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies
• Stay up to date on trends in the creator economy, influencer marketing, and digital content platforms

• 45K-60K base with commission
