Brief Description: Customer Service Representative is responsible for selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, servicing existing policies, and marketing for possible new business.

Requirements:

• Computer literate desired from basic to intermediate skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful
• Excellent communication skills, assertive, and able to provide a first-rate experience for customers
• Must pass state licensing requirements
• Flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation

Education/Training/Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Previous customer service experience is helpful

Summary - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sales
• Provide professional, courteous service to internal and external customers
• Answer questions regarding customer policies
• Accept payments and process transactions
• Identify potential customer needs regarding their policies
• Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
• Assist with marketing initiatives for new business development as needed
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and office
• FNOLs (vehicle inspections)
• Take vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required)
• Bank deposit runs
• This is a full-time position
• Other duties as assigned
