Sales Representative – E-commerce Fulfillment & Logistics

Full-time Annual Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 USD + Annual Performance Bonus + Commission About the Role We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Representative to grow our U.S. warehousing, e-commerce fulfillment, and integrated logistics business. This role focuses on consultative, solution-based selling to mid-sized and large customers, including U.S.

-based brands, retailers, and e-commerce businesses.

What You’ll Do:

Business Development:
Identify, develop, and close opportunities with mid-sized and large e-commerce brands, retailers, and other prospective customers.

Consultative Selling:
Understand customers' supply chain and fulfillment requirements and recommend appropriate warehousing, order fulfillment, returns management, and related logistics solutions.

Fulfillment Solution Development:
Work with operations and technical teams to assess WMS capabilities, e-commerce platform integrations, service-level requirements, and fulfillment cost structures.

Commercial Proposals:
Develop customer proposals and pricing based on operational requirements, service commitments, cost considerations, and business objectives.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, manage sales pipelines, and support long-term account growth.

Cross-functional Coordination:
Collaborate with operations, solutions, technology, and China-based headquarters teams to ensure proposed solutions are commercially viable and operationally executable.

Market Development:
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to expand the company's U.S. fulfillment business.

Business Growth:
Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, account expansion, and opportunities to introduce additional logistics services.
