E-Commerce & Fulfillment Sales Executive

The Fulfillment Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and growing revenue for the company’s e-commerce fulfillment services. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with e-commerce brands, retailers, and marketplace sellers seeking warehousing, order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics solutions.

Other duties may be assigned at management’s discretion.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads within the e-commerce and retail sectors.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand prospective clients' fulfillment and logistics needs.
• Present company services, capabilities, pricing, and value propositions to potential customers.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
• Participate in outside sales activities, including customer presentations and visits, research and reporting.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Marketing experience / relationships in
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate, MS Office and CRM software experience.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and sales opportunities simultaneously
• Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience selling third-party fulfillment or e-commerce services.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Woo Commerce or similar systems.
• Knowledge of robotics in a warehouse setting
• Existing network within the e-commerce, fulfillment industry.

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Onsite for general sales meetings and reviews
• Off-site travel to client sites

• $72,500.00 - $80,000.00 (based on experience)
• Commission
