The role works within the Geomatics Professional Services team and serves as a customer-facing resource supporting dealers, customers, sales teams, training initiatives, and technical events.

Primary Responsibilities Customer Enablement Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) courses.

Conduct virtual and in-person training events.

Support customer onboarding and workflow adoption.

Assist with customer success initiatives.

Conduct workflow workshops and webinars.

Demonstrations & Events Deliver product demonstrations.

Support field days, trade shows, and technical events.

Assist with Proof of Concept activities.

Support Technical Xperience and industry conferences.

Content Creation Develop and maintain:eLearning courses

Training videos

User guides

Quick reference guides

Workflow documentation

Sales support materials

Knowledge base articles

Workflow Support Provide workflow guidance related to:

Reality Capture Mobile Mapping Mobile LiDARLaser Scanning Scan-to-BIMScan-to-CivilBIM Workflows Digital Layout Construction Verification Field-to-Finish Workflows AI & Knowledge Initiatives Support company AI initiatives through:
