As a Security Officer – Armed Media Patrol in Del Valle, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom. This part‑time position involves conducting regular patrols, monitoring access points and sensitive areas, documenting incidents, and providing excellent customer service while operating an armed vehicle.

• Provide excellent customer service by following security procedures, site‑specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations using problem‑solving skills.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, entrances, and sensitive areas to deter unauthorized entry and protect valuable assets.
• Document and report all observed incidents, suspicious activities, and maintenance issues according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed to support a secure environment.
• Remain alert to changing conditions and potential threats in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location.

• Armed guard card or license is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
