This part‑time position involves conducting regular patrols, monitoring access points and sensitive areas, documenting incidents, and providing excellent customer service while operating an armed vehicle.

- Provide excellent customer service by following security procedures, site‑specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
- Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations using problem‑solving skills.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points, entrances, and sensitive areas to deter unauthorized entry and protect valuable assets.
- Document and report all observed incidents, suspicious activities, and maintenance issues according to Allied Universal protocols.
- Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed to support a secure environment.
- Remain alert to changing conditions and potential threats in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location.
- Armed guard card or license is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
