Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support production equipment and facility operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role involves maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical systems to ensure consistent equipment uptime.

• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment, addressing both electrical and mechanical issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve operational problems.
• Support facility systems through general maintenance tasks.
• Apply welding and fabrication skills in equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
• Work with hydraulics and pneumatic systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Read and interpret basic diagrams or maintenance procedures.

• Minimum of 23 years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to maintain and repair electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency in preventative maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
• Comfortable reading basic diagrams or following maintenance procedures.

• PLC troubleshooting and automation experience.
• Welding and fabrication skills.
• Experience with conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and PLC systems.
• Knowledge of CMMS systems and OSHA safety standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of City Of Industry, CA.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $39.00/hr.
