** What You’ll Do
*** Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and farm machinery.
* Diagnose complex mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and service manuals.
* Execute both scheduled and unscheduled repairs with minimal supervision, ensuring safety and performance standards.
* Operate cranes and specialized equipment to support repair and maintenance tasks.
* Communicate clearly with customers, providing detailed service recommendations and updates.
* Maintain accurate, detailed records of all repairs and maintenance activities.
* Mentor entry-level technicians and collaborate with teams to enhance service delivery.
* Stay current on industry advancements and apply expertise to improve repair processes.## Qualifications###
** What You Bring
*** High school diploma or GED.
* 5+ years of hands-on experience with diesel engines, hydraulic, or electrical systems.
* Advanced knowledge of diagnostic tools and service manuals.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings.
* Ability to provide own tools suitable for the job.
* Capability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
* Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle (mobile role).
* Ability to pass background checks.
* Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in indoor/outdoor environments.###
** Preferred Qualifications
*** ASE certifications or OEM-specific training (e.g., Cummins, Detroit, Volvo, etc).
* Experience with field service or mobile repair.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Proven customer-facing experience or project leadership on job sites.###
