• Specialize in exterior finish carpentry for high-end residential construction projects.
• Contribute to the installation of siding, trim, soffits, fascia, decking, and exterior architectural details.
• Ensure all work meets company standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with project supervisors, subcontractors, and other trades to achieve project goals.

• Install a variety of exterior siding materials, including wood, composite, and specialty products.
• Fit and install exterior trim, fascia, soffits, rake trim, window trim, and decorative features.
• Install exterior doors, weather barriers, flashing, and waterproofing systems.
• Read and interpret plans, elevations, and construction drawings for precise installations.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and secure materials to detailed specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Work collaboratively with foremen, superintendents, and other construction professionals.
• Consistently deliver high-quality workmanship and meet project deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and proper tool usage as per company guidelines.
• Assist with punch-list completion and exterior detail corrections as needed.
• Be available to work overtime when project schedules require it.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in exterior carpentry and residential construction.
• Proficiency with exterior siding, trim, soffit, fascia, decking, waterproofing, and finish details.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings accurately.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools such as Skilsaw, miter saw, routers, nail guns, and levels.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Own a basic set of hand tools necessary for carpentry work.
• Capability to work safely on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated surfaces.
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and a dependable work ethic.
• Thorough understanding of job site safety and OSHA compliance requirements.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus but not required.
