• Complete assigned carpentry tasks as directed by the Carpenter Foreman.
• Maintain and properly utilize hand tools and equipment required for carpentry work.
• Set up, clean, and handle materials on job sites effectively.
• Cut and install framing materials for custom residential projects.
• Construct floor, wall, and roof systems, including interior and exterior wall sheeting.
• Assist with concrete forms, foundations, and layout/framing of walls.
• Frame doors and windows, install floor and ceiling joists, and participate in roof framing and stair construction.
• Operate various carpentry tools such as Skilsaws, Sawzalls, and layout tools.
• Strictly adhere to company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times.
  
  Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and supervisors.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed and assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1–4 years of residential construction experience, depending on position level.
• Experience in residential framing and/or finish carpentry preferred.
• Possession of basic carpentry tools as specified by the company.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and interpret basic blueprints.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and handling/moving building materials.
• Comfortable working from ladders, scaffolding, and at heights above 20 feet.
• Good eyesight and depth perception are essential.
• Effective communication skills in English, including the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
