What You'll Do
- Install waterproofing membranes, Trenching, and some plumbing
- Prep surfaces — cleaning, patching, priming, and detailing penetrations
- Perform patch and repair work ahead of pre-pour inspections
- Work alongside inspectors, general contractors, and other trades on active job sites
- Document work in the field using a phone or tablet (photos, field notes, daily reports)
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years in construction; waterproofing, roofing, concrete, or membrane experience is a big plus
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet outdoors in all conditions
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Shows up on time, communicates clearly, and works well with a crew
- OSHA 10/30 a plus (we'll help you get it if you don't have it)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
