Spoonwood Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our dynamic team, focusing on our healthcare sector investments. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining operations and ensuring smooth administrative functions within our venture capital firm, which is dedicated to nurturing innovative startups in the technology and healthcare industries.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000/year

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years of ministry leadership experience (church or parachurch).
• You have a bachelor's degree in theology, ministry, or a related field. (Seminary is a plus.)
• You’re a strong communicator, whether teaching, writing, or encouraging one‑on‑one.
• You have a deep love for God’s Word and the local church.
• You thrive in team settings and bring energy, creativity, and organization to your work.
