OverviewAs a Senior Application Developer, you will design and build software solutions for a mortgage servicing platform, using Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#), AWS cloud services, and front‑end technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Your role includes coding, testing, deployment, support, documentation, and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities- Write clean, efficient, high‑quality code for complex business applications.
- Test code to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Deploy applications to production environments.
- Resolve user‑logged issues in a live system.
- Manage small projects independently and collaborate on larger projects.
- Document development practices and maintain architectural standards.
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s culture and values.
- .NET / .NET Core (Version 8 or
6) - C# programming
- SQL (SQL Server, MySQL, Postgre
SQL) - AWS services – EC2, SQS, SNS, Lambda, Containers, API Gateway
- Front‑end technologies – JavaScript, CSS, HTML
- Agile methodologies (XP, Scrum)
- Unit testing and refactoring
- AI‑based coding assistants (e.g., Git Hub Copilot)
- Experience with Linux and open‑source software (plus)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of relevant software development experience.
- Knowledge of design patterns.
- Financial services experience, particularly in mortgages or mortgage‑backed securities.
- Experience with full‑stack development across all application layers.

Contract to Hire - Location:
Westlake Village, CA (on‑site, 5 days per week) - Contract length: 6‑month to 1‑year
- Compensation: $67.00 – $72.11 per hour
