Compensation: $50–$65 per class (based on experience)

We are seeking a polished, highly skilled Senior Pilates Reformer Instructor to provide exceptional instruction in an elevated, member-focused wellness environment. This opportunity is best suited for instructors who operate independently, value precision and professionalism, and bring a thoughtful, client-centered approach to movement.

This is a contract-based role for experienced instructors who maintain their own Pilates practice and work with multiple clients or studios.

• Deliver high-quality Pilates Reformer sessions (private, semi-private, and/or group)
• Design and lead your own programming tailored to client goals, injuries, and fitness levels
• Provide clear, effective cueing and form correction, including hands‑on adjustments when appropriate
• Foster strong, professional relationships with clients through consistency and communication
• Educate clients on alignment, movement principles, and body awareness
• Coordinate availability and scheduling directly with studio leadership
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment during sessions
• Follow facility safety and conduct guidelines while on site

• Strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, and injury‑aware programming
• Experience working with a wide range of bodies and ability levels
• Excellent verbal communication and client engagement skills
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Professional, reliable, and self‑directed work style
• This role is offered exclusively as a 1099 independent contractor position
• Contractor must operate as an independent business (sole proprietor or business entity)
• Contractor is responsible for all taxes, insurance, licenses, and certifications
• Proof of professional liability insurance required
• Free to teach at other studios and maintain other professional clients
• No guaranteed number of classes or ongoing work commitment

• Scheduling based on mutual availability and studio needs
• Compensation ranges from $50–$65 per class, depending on experience and format
• Paid per class; no employee benefits, hourly wages, or guaranteed hours

This position is not employment. Individuals engaged through this role will be classified as independent contractors and will not be eligible for employee benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, or workers’ compensation. Engagement is project-based and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
