QualificationsMust be currently certified as a Water Safety Instructor (WSI). Must be friendly, courteous, enthusiastic, and creative, with the desire to work with children and adults. If you are not currently a WSI, we are offering a WSI course April 4-6, 2025. Call the Recreation Center at for registration or more information.
Spring lessons:
- Monday evenings
- Wednesday evenings
- Saturday mornings
- Monday-Friday mornings
- Tuesday/Thursday evenings
- Monday evenings
- Wednesday evenings
- Saturday/Sunday mornings
The ability to teach one or more of these classes is required. Please include a copy of your current Water Safety Instructor certificate and your schedule availability when applying.

Salary: $15.50 per hour, $16.10 per hour effective July 1, 2025.
