** Responsibilities:
*** Ensure the safety and efficiency of our trucks and trailers for drivers and customers
* Perform DOT-compliant maintenance on all vehicles and equipment within our fleet
* Conduct preventative maintenance on all fleet vehicles and equipment
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair major systems including engines, transmissions, DEF systems, AC systems, and driver safety mitigation devices
* Utilize OEM diagnostic platforms for troubleshooting and repair, and participate in ongoing training opportunities
* Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment

* Qualifications:

*** Pass pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical
* High school diploma or GED
* Valid driver's license (CDL license is a plus)
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Basic computer skills
* Regular attendance for assigned shifts
* Positive team player
* Ability to understand and implement instructions, guidelines, and pertinent information
* Ability to move, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
* Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
* Up to a $2,000.00 sign-on bonus for experienced candidates
