Job Responsibilities Coordinateandmanagethird-partyfleetstoensuresmoothdailypickupoperationsTrain,supervise,andevaluatedriverstomaintainservicequalityandcompliancePlanandoptimizepickuproutesforefficiencyandcost-effectivenessAssessandfulfillpickuprequestsfromclientsbasedonvolumeandlocationDevelopnewclientrelationshipsandonboardnewaccountsHandlecustomercomplaintsandserviceissuesinatimelymannerMaintainandstrengthenrelationshipswithexistingclientsWorkcloselywiththeoperationsanddispatchteamstoensureseamlesscoordinationbetweenpickupanddeliveryQualifications
Priorexperienceinlogistics,expressdelivery,orfleetmanagementpreferredStrongcommunicationandcoordinationskillsAnalyticalandproblem-solvingmindsetwithbasicrouteplanningknowledgeBilingual in English and Chineseispreferred FamiliarwithlocaltrafficandmajorpickupareasHighlyresponsible,detail-oriented,andagoodteamplayer#J-18808-Ljbffr
