Fast Start Date Weekly Pay

• Operate forklifts (stand-up and sit-down), slip sheets, and clamps to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise
• Load and unload trailers, verify proper stacking, and check freight accuracy
• Report shortages, damages, and misplacements to supervisor
• Identify and recover received or shipping damage
• Ensure proper stock rotation using lot number identification
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type
• Select orders and pick products efficiently to meet customer service standards
• Move products from staging or storage areas into railcars or trailers
• Stack and stage products and materials as required
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly facility, equipment, and materials
• Operate all equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
• Completes any other related tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience
• 1 year of Standup or Sit-Down Forklift driving experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Proficient use in Microsoft Office applications
• Skilled in operating forklifts and attachments
• Basic computer proficiency for Warehouse Management System use
• Strong arithmetic and reading abilities
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
