Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for General Labor Associates to join our team in Ontario, California, with opportunities also available in San Bernardino, Fontana, and Rialto. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. As a General Labor Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations by assisting with material handling, loading and unloading shipments, inventory tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
Pay,Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $16.90–$20.00/hour
- Full-time schedule

- Perform general warehouse and material handling duties
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization
- Operate warehouse equipment as trained
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Support warehouse operations to meet productivity and quality standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work overtime or varying schedules based on operational needs
