You must be 18 years of age or older to work as a Maintenance Person at McDonald's.

This role is critical in the restaurant because you'll:

* Ensure a memorable visit:
Maintain the upkeep of customer and employee accessible areas

* Provide the supply:
Unload incoming deliveries and help replenish necessary stock

* Be in the know:
Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems

* Lead the experience:
Ensure the maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

The Maintenance Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

* Filtering oil fryers daily

* Maintaining outside grounds

* Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms

* Unload delivery truck 2 times a week

* Take out and empty trash compactor

* Change light bulbs

* Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
