· Experience in Engineering Leadership (ideally in food manufacturing)
· Strong technical understanding of plant, machinery and maintenance systems
· Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and safe systems of work
The Role As a Maintenance Manager, you keep the site running safely and reliably. You lead the maintenance team, make sure equipment is looked after properly and help prevent breakdowns before they happen. You work closely with Operations, Engineering and Health & Safety teams to support performance, safety and continuous improvement. You are a visible leader who balances day to day priorities with longer term improvement.
