Ready to step up from Maintenance Engineer into leadership? Or already supervising a team and looking for a better work-life balance?We're recruiting an Engineering Supervisor for a large, established manufacturing operation near Callington.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer who can lead others, or an existing Engineering Supervisor who still enjoys getting involved with machinery, breakdowns and hands-on engineering.
You'll lead a team of Multiskilled Maintenance Engineers, helping keep a busy production facility running efficiently, whilst taking responsibility for daily workloads, maintenance priorities and engineering standards.
Importantly, you won't be expected to manage everything alone. You'll have the support of an Engineering Manager giving you the opportunity to develop your leadership skills whilst remaining close to the engineering work you enjoy.
