General Operative
Location: Calne
Hours: Mon–Thurs 06:30–15:00 | Fri 06:30–12:00
Temporary rolling contract

We’re recruiting for General Operatives to join a busy manufacturing site in Calne.
This is a hands-on, physical role involving stripping down and cleaning HVAC units in a workshop environment.
What you’ll be doing :- Stripping down units and components
- Cleaning parts ready for refurbishment
- Using basic hand tools
- Supporting general workshop and production tasks
- Keeping your work area clean and safe
- Previous production or manual work experience (preferred)
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Happy working in a busy, sometimes dirty environment
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
- Day shifts with early finish on Fridays
- Full training provided
