Production Operative

Prepare materials and set up the production line before each run. Accurately interpret technical drawings for products. Assist the Lead Operator in setting up machines. Learn safe machine operation procedures during production and at the end of production runs. Collaborate with the Shift Supervisor on production-related matters and concerns. Effectively communicate relevant issues to the team. Proficiently complete production paperwork.

Requirements for the Production Operative:
Reliable and responsible, with a positive attitude. Excellent interpersonal skills, with good level of English both written and verbal. Keen to develop their skills and knowledge to progress to higher operator levels. Excellent attention to detail, working to a consistent high standard of work. Additional Information for the Production Operative: 42 Hours per week. 3 shift on/ off rota pattern.
