• Operate as a casual lifeguard on an ad‑hoc basis, covering existing staff absences.
• Ensure member safety and well‑being in the pool area.
• Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate enthusiasm for the role.
• Work on an as‑needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council’s requirements and your availability.

• UK‑recognised pool lifeguard qualification.
• Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation.
• Strong swimming abilities.
