Board-Certified Behavior Analyst; BCBA Assessment Specialist

Crown ABA is growing, and we’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Assessment Specialist to join our close-knit team!

This position is ideal for a BCBA who loves conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), initial and re-assessments, and developing treatment plans, while maintaining a small, manageable caseload of clients. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys variety, flexibility, and working in a supportive, collaborative ABA environment.

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.)

• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment goals

• Supervise and support RBTs and technicians in the field

• Collaborate closely with families and the clinical team to ensure progress and quality care

• Maintain documentation in compliance with insurance and BACB standards

• Competitive pay: $85–$105/hour (based on experience)
