Job Description
  • Facilitate the team’s progress: Serve as a trained team facilitator, challenging old norms of development while keeping the team focused on iteration goals.
  • Lead continuous improvement: Help the team improve, take responsibility, and become problem solvers.
  • Advocate Agile Values: Lead the team in agile practices.
  • Eliminate impediments: Remove blocking issues or seek support from other teams/stakeholders to resolve them, ensuring the team remains focused on objectives.
    • Qualifications
    • Experience as a Scrum Master/Development Team Lead with Agile methodologies.
    • Prior experience as a Java Developer, including designing and developing applications using Java/JEE, XML, SOAP, REST, and Spring Framework.
    • 5+ years of experience in software development within multiple project teams.
    • 5+ years of experience leading multiple agile software development teams.
    • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
