Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients according to their preferences
- Ensure all client needs have been met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to multi‑task
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office

$11.00 – $27.00/Hr.

Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short‑term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
