• Lead the development and execution of procurement strategies for high‑value, complex, and critical categories, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, risk mitigation, and total cost optimization.
• Draft commercial terms, scopes of work, and pricing schedules in supply and service agreements.
• Perform in‑depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, supply chain risks, and sourcing opportunities that drive competitive advantage and inform strategic decision‑making.
• Drive cross‑functional initiatives to reduce costs, mitigate supply chain risks, and enhance vendor reliability and performance through strategic sourcing and continuous improvement efforts.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and resolving performance issues.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to meet organizational needs.

This is an on‑site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo, CA.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is required. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CPP, CIPS) is strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing complex purchasing activities, contracts, and supplier negotiations.
• Advanced knowledge of procurement strategies, contract management, and supplier evaluation.
• Proficiency in procurement and ERP software (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.

$93,300 – $131,800. The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary depending on an applicant’s experience.
