Dental Hygienist Camarillo

Hygienist I – Registered Dental Hygienist
Pay Range: $65-$70/hour

Minimum Requirement: Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing.

Production Benchmark: Average Daily Production of approximately $1,000-$1,500/day

Promotion Benchmark: Sustained Average Daily Production of $1,500+/day over the prior 6 months
, together with demonstrated clinical competency, quality of care, periodontal care, documentation, patient experience, reappointment, and adherence to Company standards.

• Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal hygiene care within permitted scope and Company clinical standards.

• Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, radiographs, periodontal charting, and other permitted hygiene procedures.

• Complete thorough periodontal assessments and identify findings requiring dentist evaluation or additional treatment.

• Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease, home care, and recommended preventive and periodontal treatment.

• Partner with the dentist to support comprehensive diagnosis, treatment planning, and continuity of care while maintaining appropriate clinical judgment.

• Review patient charts, medical histories, radiographs, and outstanding treatment needs before and during appointments.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete periodontal charting, clinical notes, and other required documentation in Open Dental.

• Support strong reappointment and continuity of care by educating patients on appropriate hygiene intervals and ensuring recommended follow-up is communicated.

• Maintain efficient appointment flow, room turnover, sterilization, and operatory readiness throughout the clinical day.

• Maintain all required licenses, certifications, HIPAA, infection-control, attendance, and Company clinical standards.
