Responsibilities:

• Utilize your experience in Process / Manufacturing Engineering to optimize manufacturing processes, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to identify and eliminate waste, streamline processes, and improve product quality.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives across the organization, leading cross‑functional teams in the implementation of new processes and technologies.
• Learn and provide backup support for process engineering activities, including managing Bills of Materials (BOM) and production routers, and assisting with process documentation and updates.
• Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams on basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance planning.
• Participate in improvement projects related to productivity, layout, and resource efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Composites, Material Science, Chemistry, Polymer Science or related technical field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost reductions in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze complex data, identify key trends, and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in the use of process mapping and other process improvement tools.
