Service Engineer

We are currently seeking a Service Engineer to fill a vacant position with one of our Client, located in Camarillo, CA. Our clients will rely on your support in order to provide the best possible experience utilizing our products and solutions. Your focus will be primarily on control solutions for irrigation, climate, and energy installations for indoor growing and greenhouse controls. In this position, you will work with our partners to commission and install systems, as well as provide remote technical guidance and hands‑on training.

Additionally, if a product should malfunction, or if users have any questions about installation, operation, or optimization, our partners will turn to you for an answer. You must be driven, with superior communication, presentation, and organizational skills. You must also have an affinity for technical knowledge and be able to connect with customers, management, and skilled laborers. This position requires a high aptitude for problem solving as you will need to be able to interpret and convey the complex problems and solutions that pertain to horticultural automation.

Ultimately, you should be interested in understanding indoor farming, greenhouse automation control, becoming proficient in irrigation design, and have a desire to help customers become more efficient. Knowledge of the horticulture industry. Computer systems and general electrical knowledge. Strong skills with Windows OS and SQL. Ease in understanding and communicating highly technical commercial systems.
