You will drive the design, testing and release of complex products and subsystems for biopharmaceutical manufacturing, leading development efforts, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring designs are manufacturable and verifiable for production.
You will own prototypes, run lean testing (DOE), and develop qualification protocols to ensure process stability.
