As a System Designer, you’ll be the friendly expert homeowners rely on.

• Meet with homeowners to assess comfort needs & offer solutions
• Build customized HVAC system options that fit their home and budget
• Walk customers through the advantages of our Mom Approved equipment, memberships, and indoor air quality upgrades
• Provide accurate estimates and thoughtful recommendations
• Collaborate with our Install, Service, and Customer Care teams to deliver a seamless homeowner experience
• Follow up on open opportunities and nurture long-term relationships
• Represent Air Works in the community with pride, warmth, and professionalism

You’ll be great in this seat if you’re:

• A natural relationship-builder who genuinely cares about people
• Comfortable presenting options, guiding decisions, and earning trust
• Curious, coachable, and hungry to grow
• Organized and able to manage follow-ups and appointments
• Motivated by both serving families and achieving performance targets
• Skilled with tablets/technology (Service Titan experience is a plus!)
• Energized by being part of a locally rooted, high-performing team
