Radiology Tech Specialist / Cardiovascular Tech Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years experience as a staff technologist; one (1) year experience in one specialty field.
- CRT certification required.
- ARRT certification in Mammography, Computed Tomography, Cardiac/Interventional Radiology, or MRI required.
- CPR required.
- Fluoroscopy Permit certification required.
- Must spend at least 25% of clinical time working in the specialty.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of principles, protocols, techniques, and procedures of Diagnostic Radiography and specialty.
- Work tactfully and effectively with fellow staff members, physicians, and patient population.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Work independently and be a functional team member in a team‑oriented environment.
- Self‑motivated and able to achieve results through good organizational skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently.
