Radiology Tech Specialist / Cardiovascular Tech Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years experience as a staff technologist; one (1) year experience in one specialty field.
• CRT certification required.
• ARRT certification in Mammography, Computed Tomography, Cardiac/Interventional Radiology, or MRI required.
• CPR required.
• Fluoroscopy Permit certification required.
• Must spend at least 25% of clinical time working in the specialty.

• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of principles, protocols, techniques, and procedures of Diagnostic Radiography and specialty.
• Work tactfully and effectively with fellow staff members, physicians, and patient population.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Work independently and be a functional team member in a team‑oriented environment.
• Self‑motivated and able to achieve results through good organizational skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently.
