Base Pay Range: $50,000 – $500,000 per year (actual pay based on skills)

• Source, identify, and attract top talent within construction, manufacturing, and new industries
• Manage your own recruitment pipeline from sourcing to placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Develop a deep understanding of industry needs and market trends
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared targets and growth

• 1+ years of agency recruiting experience
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Motivated with a desire to grow and succeed
• Professional, dependable, and results‑oriented
• Interest or background in construction, manufacturing, or emerging industries is a plus

• Base Pay: $50,000 annually plus uncapped commission
