POSITION QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
- Ability to analyze information and situations, identify and solve complex problems, reason logically and creatively, and draw valid conclusions
- Experience identifying and prioritizing issues; strong troubleshooting skills with experience remediating complex issues
- Experience with project planning and budget recommendation
- Ability to work in a team environment and directly with business stakeholders
- Experience conducting presentations to various stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, including conveying complex technical concepts in non-technical terms
- Ability to develop effective solutions and apply creative thinking in designing and developing methods of processing information with IT systems
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
SKILLS & ABILITIES NEEDED:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information systems, mathematics, engineering, or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint (SharePoint 2010/2013). At least 1 year serving as a SharePoint architect. Experience in SharePoint administration functions. - Experience:
Strong knowledge of SharePoint best practices. Experience with recommending approaches, design, and hands-on development of SharePoint web parts, forms, workflows, etc. Minimum of 3 years of experience with Office 365 or similar enterprise collaboration solutions, including at least 1 year as an Office 365 analyst or administrator. - Knowledge of:
- Principles and techniques of administration, organization, and management, especially in the healthcare industry and managing a public agency.
- Understanding of governmental requirements and trends in the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, codes, and policies relevant to managed care, Medicaid, and related healthcare policies.
