Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Supervise daily payroll related process, which includes, but not limited to:
- Review daily reports for appropriate approvals and accurate information.
- Verify with department leads ensuring errors have been found and corrected.
- Confirm daily and weekly documents are saved for auditing purposes.
- Manage inventory for Priva supplies, such as badges, scanners, charging stations, employee licenses, etc.
- Input and update information in Priva as needed (e.g., new employees, employee changes, department changes).
- Support managers with inquiries on pay‑related matters.
- Provide training to peers on Priva related matters on a consistent and scheduled basis.
- Provide weekly reports to contract labor agencies to ensure employees are paid correctly and for invoicing purposes.
- Conduct trials for new processes and provide process improvements and efficiencies for colleagues.
- Manage scheduling and job duties based on department work plans provided weekly.
- Perform other duties as requested by Priva Manager.
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong documentation, mapping and analytical skills.
- Project management and time management skills.
- Strong ethics, integrity, reliability.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Initiative to continuously look for improvements, efficiencies or cost savings.

- Basic to intermediate familiarity with Priva.
- Experience with the state Track and Trace METRC system (plus).
- Experience with inventory audit control (plus).
- Minimum high‑school education.
- Management experience of cross‑functional teams.
- Must be 21+ years of age.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Position requires a 40‑hour minimum work week.
- Flexible work hours including weekends and holidays.
- AM/PM shift changes may be required to support tasks provided by Priva Manager.
- Effective written and verbal communication with the entire team.

The employee is frequently required to stand for prolonged periods of time; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to lift, push, pull and/or move up to 15‑25 pounds.
TravelTravel between the office and farm sites may be required on occasion.
SummaryThe purpose of this position is to support the business with processing payroll related matters in a timely and accurate manner. This position supports the business by supervising Priva reporting of employee scanning day to day operations and capturing accurate documents. Critical thinking and adherence to process is crucial for this role.
