How you will make an impact:

Meissner is seeking an experienced and strategic Manager of Marketing to help lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth and revenue in the pharma/biotech industry. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns, evaluating automation technologies and managing a team to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial success of our product portfolios and services. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with proven leadership skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling marketing messages for diverse stakeholders across global markets.

• Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring engagement, collaboration and performance excellence.
• Manage a results-driven marketing team. Track and evaluate marketing KPIs, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
• Develop and implement long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies to align business goals.
• Partner with sales, product management, and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts.

This is an on-site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo, CA.

The skills and experience you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing analytics to optimize performance.
• Strong leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills.
• Experience with digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and analytics and automation tools (Google Analytics/GA4, Hub Spot, Click Dimensions, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.

US BASE PAY SCALE $112,700 -$147,30

The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
