Operations Associate
In-Office | Full-Time
Salary Range: $60,000–$85,000 annually
As the Operations Associate, you will serve as the operational backbone of the organization, supporting daily business functions and ensuring efficient, high-quality execution across the firm. You will play a critical role in managing day-to-day operations, refining internal processes, and providing strategic administrative support to leadership, all while helping maintain a polished, high-performing professional environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional with 5–7 years of experience in operations, administration, or professional services who is motivated to grow into an Operations Manager position within approximately one year based on performance.
WhatYou’llDo
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a professional, efficient, and well-organized workplace
- Establish,maintain, and continuously improve workflows, procedures, and internal
processes - Manage vendors, building services, office supplies, and operational budgets
- Lead administrative systems including mail handling, document management, and
records retention - Coordinate onboarding logistics, system access, and workspace setup for new hires
- Support compliance-related processes, documentation, and secure data handling
- Serve as central pointof coordination across leadership, advisors, and client service teams
- Prepare internal reports, operational updates, and meeting materials for leadership
- Oversee calendars, scheduling, and internal communications
- Ensure consistent, high-quality client service operations and follow-through
- Support firm marketing initiatives, communications, and brand consistency
- Act as a culture carrier, modeling professionalism, discretion, and accountability
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5–7 years of experience in operations, office management, or administrative leadership
- Experience in professional services (financial services, legal, consulting, or similar preferred)
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- High level of discretion and comfort handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, in-office environment

Compensation:
