• Perform incoming, in‑process and final inspections of materials, electrical components, sub‑assemblies, circuit card assemblies, and final products to assure conformance utilizing drawings, schematics, specifications and work instructions.
• Ensure raw materials provided by suppliers meet contractual flow‑down requirements.
• Generate and document approval or rejection labels, nonconforming reports, photographs, and diagrams as part of the inspection review process.
• Minimize down time by focusing on process proactive improvement opportunities and presenting them to management.

• Precision mechanical inspection, first article inspection, and receiving and in‑process experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications using ASME Y 14.5 GD&T and skillful use of metrology tools and gauges.
• Experience programming and operating a CMM as well as other QC inspection functions for precision machined components and assemblies.
• ESD protection and handling knowledge and awareness of electronic parts.
• Proficiency with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, drop indicators, microscopes, etc.
• J-STD/IPC assembly, solder and inspection experience a plus.
• High school diploma with minimum three (3) years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship due to access restrictions.

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
