Job Title: CNC Lathe Operator
Location: Camarillo, CA 93012
Shift Timing: 2nd shift opening: 1:45pm - 11:15pm (Mon-Fri)
Rate Range: $26- $39/hr on W2 with full benefits
Prescreened Questions- How many years of experience do you have setting up and operating CNC lathes?
- Do you have experience working with MAZAK controls and/or Y-axis machining? If yes, please briefly describe.
- Are you comfortable reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to inspect parts?
- We are looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Setup & Operator to join our team.
- Candidates should have hands-on experience setting up and running CNC lathes.
- MAZAK control and Y-axis experience is a strong plus.
- Set up and operate CNC lathes on semi-complex parts
- Read blueprints and follow work instructions
- Adjust tooling, feeds, and speeds
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
- Support lean and continuous improvement efforts
- 3+ years machining experience.
- CNC lathe setup experience.
- Blueprint reading and shop math skills.
