We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be providing skilled care for individual patients  are a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who operates with great attention to detail and a big heart. You take pride in providing personalized care for patients and are able to observe and communicate effectively in your patient's best interest.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other colleagues and make sure that the care plan is being followed
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
• Will cover the following areas - Valley / Camarillo / West LA

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in state of employment
• Previous experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
• Valid driver’s license
• First aid/CPR certification required
